Registration

Given the workshop nature of this meeting, talks and summaries will be presented only by invited speakers. However, we hope that all participants will come prepared to argue for their favorite science and observational requirements throughout the workshop. If you would also like to submit a contribution for a poster, please indicate that on the registration form below and provide a brief abstract. There will be a “poster pops” session during the meeting to provide all poster authors a couple of minutes to verbally summarize their posters for all workshop participants.

Space is limited so please register as soon as you can. This will add you to the meeting mailing list so you will receive updates about the workshop. You will also be contacted by the Scientific Organizing Committee about your contribution.

Meals

All workshop registrants will receive a continental breakfast and lunch each day of the meeting as well as an afternoon refreshment on Tuesday and Wednesday. Coffee will be available throughout the meeting time. Dinner on Tuesday evening at Milestone Restaurant is also included.

Registration Payment

Since travel budgets are tight in most institutions and we would like to ensure the success of this workshop by allowing as many people as possible to attend, Gemini has waived the registration fee.
