SCIENTIFIC JUSTIFICATION should be no longer than 600 words in lines of 74 or fewer spaces, and include context, value and planned use of the requested observing time.

TECHNICAL JUSTIFICATION should contain support for the S/N required and estimated integration time for each observation listed in the previous table.


SPECIAL WEATHER CONDITIONS should contain information on special observing condition requirements (e.g., seeing, water vapor).


SPECIAL CALIBRATION should contain information on any special calibration requirements
