- Spectral Response: 1-2.6 microns; band-limiting filter cuts
off at 1.67um to reduced thermal background
- Dark Current: 0.3 e-/s/pix
- Read Noise: 20 e- rms per read
- Gain: 7.5 e-/ADU
- Well Depth: ~80,000 e-
- Quantum Efficiency: 45 % at J, 65% at H
An
example of a 1kx1k image (sky-sky) shows
the OH lines in the wavelength range 1.1 to 1.35 microns.
