        <value>This example shows one observation of  a target in several narrow band N filters and one observation of it in a single 20um filter. Note that the first observation includes a "Michelle Sequence", listing the various narrow band filters, which overrules the  "Michelle" component above it, whereas the second observation does not include a "Michelle Sequence", as it only requires one filter (Q1).  The 10 and 20um  observations are separated because observing conditions are much more restricted at 20um than at 10um. At 10um, if one narrow band filter can be observed, all of them can so the observations can be run in a continuous sequence, saving acquisition time.  Observability at 10um does not imply observability at 20um.
