Neutral radiation from a pulsar in the Galactic Center region

We consider the possibility that the excess of cosmic rays near 1018 eV observed from the Galactic Center region is caused by fast pulsar in the high density medium. The flux of gamma-rays, neutrinos and neutrons are calculated in turms of such a model. We suggest that neutrons are responsible for the observed cosmic ray excess. The gamma-rays should be observed by the future Cherenkov telescopes and neutrinos by the 1 km2 neutrino detector.
